"Hello! I am Lawrence. I am a software engineer, holding a Bachelor of Science in computer science. I am passionate about programming and education. I graduated Summa Cum Laude in 3 years from Brooklyn College with a 3.93/4.0 GPA.

I am primarily a Java developer but I have also worked on full-stack applications with React and Express JS. I have worked as a STEM tutor for over 5 years, helping students ranging from elementary schoolers to college students. Some of my experience includes being a math tutor at my old high school, a business tutor at my college's learning center, and more!

I am a certified Java Developer, holding the Oracle Java SE 8 Programmer certification. I am also familiar with Python.

I am experienced with front-end development industry standards such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React. I have also used some back-end technologies, such as Express.JS but I am most familiar with front-end.

Furthermore, I am self-taught in Unity and hold the official Unity Essentials certifications. If you are interested in game development, I can teach and guide you through the basics of game development in Unity.

Some of my other skills include certification in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office Specialist 2016), Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
