"I've recently retired from a career in software development during which I had the good fortune to work for a variety of technology firms including both small startups and large multinational firms. At this point I would welcome the chance to share some of the knowledge I've gained both in my formal education and through these years of industry experience to help others develop an appreciation for and an understanding of some of the subjects that were most important to me: Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics.

My formal education includes a BS from Washington University (St. Louis) and an MS from University of California, Berkeley. Both degrees were in Computer Science.
