Each session will have a goal to be met. As these goals are attained, progress can be discussed and assessed at the beginning and end of each session. I believe in positive reinforcement, encourage self-study as an excellent pre-session exercise, remain on task and will work hard in helping each student to attain the goal of each planned session.
