On top of this I will provide extended exploration in Spanish culture through reading authentic materials including short stories, newspaper articles, and magazines and a variety of opportunities for listening in a native setting.

I love nothing more than teaching, and I am always looking for opportunities to help foster a learning environment. As a former High School Spanish teacher, I have helped prepare thousands of students for Local and State Exams particularly the Checkpoint B Final. Throughout the years I have accumulated a 99% passing rate with my own students, and through private tutoring sessions. Along with helping students improve their scores and reach their own potential within the language.

I am bilingual in Spanish/English with multi-cultural experience. I have twelve-years of teaching experience, a Bachelors of Arts in Spanish Adolescence Education from the College of Saint Rose and Masters of Arts in Teaching Union College. I have been teaching at the high school level for 9+ years and have experience teaching at the middle school level and enrichment programs for elementary students.
