"I am a Certified Special Education Teacher with 12+ years experience (PK- College) helping students with a variety of learning disabilities overcome reading difficulties. I specialize in working with students diagnosed with a language-based learning disability such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Auditory Processing, as well as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

I have taught in the New Jersey public school system as well as the South Carolina public school system. I am dual certified in Elementary Education and Special Education and hold a M.Ed from Montclair State University. In addition, I am a certified Dyslexia Practitioner through Wilson Reading System and am Orton-Gillingham trained through the Institute for Multi-Sensory Education. The Orton-Gillingham method uses an explicit, multi-sensory approach to support all students with becoming successful readers. I am excited to work alongside you and am here to cheer you on every step of the way!" less...
