"With a decade of experience in special education and collaborative teaching, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to every tutoring session. I have been teaching special education at the high school level for ten years. During that time, I have helped my students succeed in their general education classes, as well as helping them to build vital organization, management, and study skills.

I received my Master of Education from the University at Buffalo in 2011 in the field of English Education. I then continued on to Buffalo State University to complete my coursework in Exceptional Education in 2013. I currently hold a certification in Students with Disabilities grades 7-12.

Day to day, I teach students in a small group Resource Room setting by reviewing/reinforcing concepts and providing direct instruction. I also provide support for organization, management, and study skills. Additionally, I support students in general education classes, ensuring they are accommodated properly in order to access curriculum.

As a dedicated educator, I have co-taught subjects ranging from Algebra and Earth Science to English and Global History. My approach is tailored to each student's unique learning style, ensuring that they not only grasp the material but also develop confidence in their abilities.
