"I'm Caleb! I am a sophomore at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and I will be using Wyzant as a means to take my first steps into the world of tutoring. I plan to focus mainly on ACT preparation, however, I am also able to provide assistance in any basic biology or chemistry classes. All my life I have striven to stay ahead of the curve and learn more than was necessary for the topic at hand. This desire is evident in my personal ACT scores, and I hope I can do everything in my power to boost yours as well! The main areas in which I plan to tutor are ACT Science, English, Reading, and the areas of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I have chosen these areas, as I have complete faith in my ability to teach the material and show you ways that you can boost your scores in every area.

Being a biology major, the field of science has always come naturally to me. My highest ACT Science section score was a 36 on my first attempt. I am qualified to tutor in this section, due to my mastery of the mechanisms behind the ACT Science portion. I hope to tutor you in the ways that I approach the problems and sift through the information required for the answer.

My highest ACT Reading score was a 36 during high school, as well as a 35 on the ACT English section during high school, which I earned on my second of three tests. This shows that I have developed a clear mastery of both the English and Reading sections of the ACT. I hope I will be able to show you the methods and reasoning that I use personally on the test.

I am a certified Microsoft Office Specialist in the fields of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. I have also recently earned an A in a Computer Science course at ULM, verifying my knowledge of the material.
