"My love of teaching comes from a lifelong love of reading and learning. I have a curious mind and have vast knowledge on a variety of subjects including Mythology, English, Literature, French, ACT/SAT prep, History, Creative Writing, and more. I have an Associate in Arts and am 6 credit hour away from my Bachelors in English Literature with a minor in French. I have tutored hundreds of students of varying ages since high school and have taught classes at ANC as well as tutoring through ANC. I require students to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. I am excited to work with you to achieve your goals and am dedicated to my students.
I have studied French 2 years in high school, one year at U of M, and to the intermediate level at ASU. I also have tutored students in conversational French at ASU and privately.
My major in college was English. I am a prolific reader and have extensive knowledge of grammar, creative writing, poetry, and mythology. I have tutored many students in these subjects and am a published writer. I also have a poem at the Smithsonian Museum from a poetry contest. I am committed to explaining each lesson so that my students understand the lesson.
I have recently and continue to tutor students for GED testing and have so far have a perfect success rate. I love to help and encourage my students to pick the right college fitting their strengths and strive to provide assistance with college registration, especially essay requirements.
I love teaching and encourage students to reach out to me. I will work with students regarding scheduling and am willing to travel to accommodate my students. I do allow makeup lessons and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. I also offer a one time free consultation per student. I look forward to working with students." less...
