"I’m an undergraduate student with a degree in Global Disease Biology and minor in Public Health. I have 5+ years of tutoring and teaching experience and have worked with a variety of ages, from kindergarten all the way to seniors in high school and college students. Due to my area of study, I have a strong background in mathematics and the sciences, as well as in writing and English.

Having taught privately (1-on-1) and in large classrooms, I will tailor my teaching style and curriculum based on each individual’s unique strengths and weaknesses. My teaching philosophy is to be supportive of each of my students’ unique needs so that they feel empowered and confident in their own abilities and excited to learn! I also understand that my students’ learning journeys also include their parents, so I am open to feedback from parents and will work with them to meet their goals.
