"Hello! I am a college graduate from Washington University in St. Louis. I got my degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Cell Biology with a secondary major in Spanish Literature and a minor in Psychology: Cognitive Neuroscience. I have previous experience tutoring Chemistry and Spanish at the High School Level and Organic Chemistry and Spanish at the College Level. I was the head tutor for the Spanish program at my university, as well as a TA for the Organic Chemistry program as well.

I have extensive knowledge taking math courses throughout my college experience so I have a firm grasp of the information that is necessary on the standardized test math sections. In addition, I scored a 34 on the math section of the ACT.

I believe that I am particularly qualified to tutor science as this is my primary course of study in university. Additionally, most of my experience as a tutor comes from tutoring natural science, particularly chemistry, so I believe this experience will help me adapt my teaching style to a student depending on the difficulty level of the course they are in based on this experience. Also, I spent many years working in a research laboratory where I put these concepts into practice daily, which gave me an extremely strong grasp of the knowledge that I am going to teach.
