"I was born in New York City. I received my A.S. degree from Empire State College while gaining a Journeymen-Wiremen Electrical license through Local Union #3. I opened a gallery in NYC on 3rd Street and Avenue B during the East Village Art Movement.
I moved to Florida and became the first Artist-in-Residence for the Hollywood Art and Culture Center in Hollywood, Florida.
I attended Florida International University and obtained his BFA, majoring in sculpture and graduating with honors (Cum Laude, Deans List). During my tenure at FIU I became the President of the Fine Arts Students Association (FASA.) I received the Theodore R. and Vivian M. Johnson Scholarship upon his entry to the college.
In 1999, I moved to Tucson Arizona. In 2002, he entered the University of Arizona to pursue a Masters of Fine Arts in sculpture and graduated in 2004. I received the Medici Scholarship Award in 2003 and 2004. I was also awarded Graduate Technical Assistanceship in Sculpture with Tuition/Fee Waiver Scholarship upon his admittance to the college.
In 2003, as a graduate student, I founded a Tucson based fine arts organizations that maintains a Board of Directors, and is housed in a 10,000 ft facility with a membership of over 30 artists.
I am currently a director and Curator in charge of the development of scholarly thematic exhibitions, selecting artwork, installation of exhibits, lecturing, written critiques and statements. My exhibitions have drawn artists locally, nationally and on an international level.
