"Hello! My name is Anna and I’m a full-time faculty member specializing in organic chemistry. I have taught thousands of students in the classroom and many more one-on-one. I want to help you reach your organic chemistry goals!

I realized my passion for teaching during my undergraduate degree when I became involved in both one-on-one and group tutoring for general and organic chemistry. I continued this passion into my graduate and post doctoral teaching positions at two of the worlds best teaching institutions, Princeton and Cambridge Universities.

As I moved into my teaching career at the faculty level, I developed my classes and teaching style to focus on understanding of the course concepts. Organic chemistry makes a lot of sense, when someone takes the time to tell you why. I genuinely love that moment when something “clicks” for a student and organic chemistry is beginning to make some sense. Let’s make this happen for you!

I am a faculty member at a Colorado university and I teach organic chemistry every day. I have taught courses from the 200-level foundational level to the 400-level advanced organic synthesis and class sizes ranging from 15 to nearly 500. I can help you with your organic chemistry at any level. I completed a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry at Princeton, followed by a teaching-focused post-doctoral fellowship at Cambridge University. I have been teaching organic chemistry at the College level as faculty for 7 years and have been tutoring chemistry for over 20 years.
