"I've been teaching high school for the Los Angeles County Office of Education for twenty years. I've also tutored after school the entire time. I've tutored as many as six students at once during my district’s extended learning program.

However, I prefer one on one tutoring because it’s easier to teach, but more importantly, it's easier for you to ascertain key concepts when instruction is solely focused on you. I have a very calm demeanor and approach which stems from philosophy that one can't learn if they're stressed. I'm also very patient and won't move on until the lesson is mastered, as concepts of varying subjects build upon themselves.

It enables me to teach English language development in grades twelve and below, and in classes organized primarily for adults.
