"Hii! My name is Tamara and I am a 7th grade mathematics teacher. I am certified to teach K-8th grade and am endorsed in mathematics. Also, I am in the process with, and almost complete, with my Masters in Educational Leadership to be an Administrator or a Curriculum Director for a school. When I am not teaching, I am either coaching basketball or softball, going to the beach, hiking, traveling, or hanging home with my dog. I would love to help you out with school!

I originally double majored in Secondary Education and Mathematics and decided to focus on mathematics in education and received my Bachelors in Education K-8 with a Mathematics Endorsement. Currently I teach 7th grade Mathematics and Pre-Algebra, and received Teacher of the Year in 2020 from my school district.

I have my Bachelors in Education K-8 with a Math Endorsement and have always enjoyed vocabulary. I enjoy utilizing mnemonic devices and memory devices to help remember vocabulary definitions.

I played basketball throughout high school and was offered a position at a Division II university. After college, I volunteered alongside my high school basketball coach and have been coaching our middle school girls basketball team for the past 4 years.
