For the past 5 years I have been a substitute teacher for the Hutto, (TX) Independent School District: Kindergarten-5th grades. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Management and currently teach Human Resource courses as an adjunct professor at Park University. As the former Director of Human Resources for a $1 Billion dollar credit union, making presentations and writing policies and procedure was a critical part of my job. Having strong writing and vocabulary skills was a major skill needed to succeed in my career. I reported directly to the CEO of the company. My writing had to be stellar.
