I have worked on both Mac (since 1986) and PC platforms (Windows XP thru Windows 7). As a music producer I've had the privileged of having my music used on high profile TV programs both nationally and internationally.
My experience in the university environment has given me solid help desk skills and common problem solving for our users, both staff and students. It has also given me a broadened understanding of PCs in various situations.
I've spent the last 8 years working IT/help desk at the University Level.
I've spent 20+ years creating and producing music at a professional level currently being licensed to TV/film.
