"Hello! My name is Nava and I have years of experience as a tutor and mentor for students both young and old. I spent a year living in Barcelona, Spain, where I taught English at an academy to children under the age of 15. I also did many, many hours of private English lessons for adults during my time living in Spain. I am very creative and patient when it comes to crafting lessons that adhere to students individual targeted goals. On top of my experience with teaching English, I am also fluent in Spanish and have experience tutoring students in the Spanish language as well!

I am incredibly creative when it comes to tutoring individuals in English! I received my TEFL Certification from the International TEFL Academy. I refer to my TEFL teaching style as multi-dimensional as I try to incorporate speaking, writing, reading, and listening into each lesson.

I am fluent in Spanish and have spent years at college studying Spanish as well as my time spent living in Spain which also solidified my grasp on the language. My accent in Spanish is clear and easy to understand. I am both patient and motivating to my students.
