"I am a tenured Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering professor at a major research university and have a PhD in Chemical Enginering. I love to tutor and teach; there's nothing quite like enabling another person's growth and understanding of our world. I've been tutoring since I was in high school and teaching at the college level for ~20 years. I teach differently to every individual and meet them where they are to explain concepts as they will understand them. My research lab is in the area of where cell and molecular biology meets engineering but I can tutor broadly in most areas of mathematics and sciences. I've mentored students that have gone on to get into top medical and graduate schools, and also become professors themselves.

Math is the foundation for my profession both for teaching and research. I have a solid foundation in algebra, trig, calculus, and differential equations. I also am an expert in probability and statistics, and have taught statistics at the college level.

I am myself a scientist who has run a successful research lab for 10+ years. My research combines (chemical) engineering with cell and molecular biology and thus I am qualified up to the cutting edge of these fields. Biochemistry, molecular biology, physics, thermodynamics, and kinetics are all aspects of this. I teach chemical engineering courses at the undergraduate and graduate level.
