Do you struggle in learning to read and spell English? Does your lack of writing and spelling skills hold you back in your job?

I hold a TESOL Certificate from Portland State University. I specialize in speaking and conversation. I tutor people of all ages and skills. In addition I am a Certified Barton Reading and Spelling Systems tutor.

One of my first tutoring job was with an adult who needed help in study skills, typing papers, computer skills, memorization methods, Human Biology, and chart making skills just to name a few.

I have been tutoring through WyzAnt for over 8 years specializing in pronunciation and conversation. I taught pronunciation/conversation English at an English Language School in Korea. I volunteered as a pronunciation tutor at Clark College in Vancouver WA. I enjoy teaching and seeing the ah ha moment in the eyes of a student when they finally understand. I help students understand the differences between sounds and the correct technique to make these sounds.
