"I have a PhD in Statistics from Stanford University. I have over 30 years experience teaching at the college level. However, for the past 13 years I have been helping younger students. I specialize in preparing students to take the SAT and ACT mathematics tests and have been successful in preparing students to achieve higher scores on both the SAT and the ACT Math and Science sections. I have studied all the various techniques that have been proposed and I have adopted only those that have proven to help the students achieve consistently higher scores. I have also tutored many students in AP Statistics, both on the subject matter as well as the AP exam.
In addition to tutoring the standardized exams, I have also tutored all the basic high school mathematics classes. I have taught at the college level and know the skills required to succeed in today's challenging job environment. Because of my background I am qualified to help students of all ages and abilities from middle school to college level courses. I can provide guidance in both a group and in an individual setting.
