"Hello, I’m Emily! I am currently in my fourth year of completing a five-year Master’s in Education program. Additionally, I am working to obtain my Bachelor’s in Developmental Psychology, General Education (PK-4) and Special Education (PK-8) teaching certificates.

I have spent an extensive amount of time working with children. Prior to COVID, I worked at a summer camp with children ages 4-14 years old. I have babysat for several families over the years and more recently, assisted with virtual learning. Through my university I have tutored students in grades 1st through 3rd in reading and phonics instruction. I am currently virtually student teaching in a learning support classroom for grades K-2.

I love to see children reach their full potential and expand their knowledge. Not only do I have a passion for working with students, but find it to be very rewarding. Building upon my experiences working with children is of great importance to me for my future career as an educator.

I am available to tutor kindergarten through fourth grade students in math, science, reading, phonics, spelling, writing, and grammar.

I have all of my PA and Federal clearances, along with Adult and Pediatric CPR certification.
