"Hi everyone! I'm Tiffany but you can call me Tiff. I have a bachelor's degree in history and political science from Yale University and a master's degree in Walden University government and politics. I tutor middle school, high school, college, and graduate students. I also review, proofread, and provide prompt feedback on writing in any form. I am an expert on relating these topics and events back to contemporary issues, events and ideologies in the modern era. I make it a personal goal to not only educate my students about history, but also to help them understand why history is so important to learn about in this day and age. Teaching history is something I am passionate about.

I have experience teaching and middle, high school, college and graduate aged students! I spent several years with middle and high school students in one-on-one settings to teach concepts in all subjects. For three semesters, I taught in Henderson Community College junior level to upperclassmen. I've also taught political theory, pre-law, and introduction to American government courses. In this regard, I have helped these learners achieve their academic goals, going from the bottom 10 percent of their class to the top 10 percent of their class, by understanding the unique way their brains work.

With regard to my teaching approach and methodology, I enjoy formulating and articulating complex ideas. The challenge of reconciling seemingly-divergent viewpoints and disparate traditions is incredibly rewarding. I ensure that I communicate this to my students.

At the moment, my availability is wide open and I can work with my students as much or as little as they require me to!
