The college application process can be immensely daunting, for students and parents alike. If you work with me, I will:

(a) break the workload down into achievable pieces;

(b) support you as you tackle the challenges of each essay; and

(c) help you make meaningful progress every session.

Our first meeting will identify themes for the personal statement; by our third meeting, we'll have a draft and a comprehensive action plan.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Over the past twenty-five years, I’ve taught at leading schools, as well as Harvard. I acquired my zest for writing at Yale, where I graduated in the top five percent. I subsequently earned a master's degree in education from Tufts. In addition to classroom teaching, I’ve been a Teacher Consultant for the National Writing Project and served for five years as a Mentor for the Fulbright Commission, a renowned non-profit established by international treaty.
