"My name is Christine and I am certified in Elementary Education (K-6) and Integrated Early Childhood/Special Education N-K, Elementary 1-3. I am currently a Pre-K Special Education Teacher. Throughout my graduate studies, I gained much experience from my internship by substitute teaching in grades K-5th. Once I completed my Master's degree in Elementary Education, I student taught in a 3rd grade classroom. I also have experience in the field of Early Childhood Education as a classroom teacher, education coordinator, mentor, and special needs facilitator. I have tutored through agencies and privately, most specifically students in grades Pre-K, 2, 4, and 5. I am willing to tutor within the home, in a public setting (i.e library), or online.

When tutoring students, I like to gain a sense of where their strengths and areas for growth are and work from there. It is important to individualize for each student and determine how he/she best learns material.
