I am driven by a desire to help people improve and achieve their goals. To that purpose, I customize my teaching approach based on each individual's specific needs and ability. With hands-on experience in business, having held positions from Financial Analyst to Chief Financial Officer for Fortune 500 companies as well as entrepreneurial ventures, I offer diverse subject matter expertise and practical examples that can help adapt textbook learning to the real world. Most importantly, I employ patience and empathy when dealing with people, realizing that they are trying their best to learn. And while the light bulb may not switch on for everybody at the same time, when it does, there is no greater feeling of satisfaction for both tutor and student.

In addition to my accounting career, I am also a seasoned Executive Recruiter, Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and Career Coach where I work with job seekers at every level to create customized, effective career management and job search strategies that produce results.

My educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management and BS in Accounting from Drexel University. I also am a Certified Public Accountant, having passed the Pennsylvania CPA exam in one sitting.
