"I am a 2019 magna cum laude graduate of Texas Woman's University where I majored in Chemistry. I've taken seven semesters of chemistry courses and two semesters of physics courses. I maintained a 4.0 GPA for my chemistry courses and physics courses.

My tutoring experience consists of having helped students with organic chemistry lecture and lab, having led group tutoring sessions for organic chemistry 1 lecture, having worked as a science tutor at my university, and tutoring on Wyzant. I'm inspired to tutor because I enjoy helping others. I also recognize the difficulty some students face when they are studying science. As such, I wish to be a helpful, reliable guide for these students. I also realize that not all students learn the same way. So, I aim to determine the best learning style for each student that I tutor so that they are successful. I'm a firm believer in learning concepts rather than memorizing them. I also try to find ways of making connections between concepts so that students see the big picture of a particular subject.

I have taken general chemistry, organic chemistry, and physics classes at my university. I understand their degree of difficulty and how overwhelming they can be but I believe that these subjects can be learned by anyone. It's all a matter of finding the ways in which students can best learn these subjects.
