"I am studying to be an English Language Arts Teacher. I am knowledgeable in Reading and Writing Techniques. I have substituted for the El Paso Independent Schools, El Paso Academy, Business Skills Institute,and Gadsden Independent School District. I came from Juarez and know the difficulties English Language Learners face daily. I have also tutored Biology. As a health educator I am familiar with anatomy, pharmacology, nutrition, nurses aid programs. In addition, I taught medical coding and medical transcription. I enjoy tutoring. I taught a student to study and he finished his medical assisting degree. He spoke more English than Spanish. I enjoy helping students become successful when mastering their subject area by understanding concepts and showing written and visual examples.
I have taken Anatomy I&II, Biology, Microbiology, Nutrition and Pharmacology at El Paso Community College. I have taught Medical Coding, Transcription at a Business Skills Institute.
