"Hi, I'm Shelly! I graduated from Rice University and received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I also received a double master's (M.S.ED & M.Phil.Ed) in Professional Counseling and Mental Health Services from the University of Pennsylvania.

I'm passionate about education and mental health, and believe tutoring is the perfect way to support students in both of these realms. I take a patient and compassionate approach to help students master new topics and grow in their confidence.

I believe learning should be a fun and exciting process, not something to dread or cause stress. As a tutor, I hope to get to know my students and their interests to personalize our sessions to make them relevant and engaging. I aim to make my tutoring sessions interactive and collaborative.
