I have 19 years of experience in Mississippi's public schools and have spent several of those years in the mathematics classroom. My degrees are from the University of Southern Mississippi, with the highest degree being an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership.I have been studying weight training (bodybuilding/powerlifting/general fitness) since I was 15. I am a former competitor and have also worked on the collegiate strength and conditioning level.
