"I've tutored students from middle school to grad students, from SSAT test prep to Master of Architecture students. My passion for education is evident in my teaching methods, as I work with students holistically and convey information according to their learning preferences. Having both an Engineering and Architecture background, I am able to explain difficult concepts to either a left or right-brained student, verbally or visually. Additionally, I offer emotional wellness support for students in high-pressure situations, particularly those preparing for standardized tests or those in architecture school.

I use systems thinking and project management skills to work with students through managed lesson plans to achieve their big-picture goals. By laying out a targeted plan and tailoring lessons specific to each student, refining and adapting as needed, the student is set up for success through incremental learning and increased confidence. I've witnessed my students grow to enjoy a topic which once gave them anxiety. Patience and empathy is just as important as technical knowledge when it comes to increasing a student's confidence and interest in a topic and I am committed to using soft skills to encourage the learning of hard skills.
