"By day, I am a school-based occupational therapist, and by night (well... during the school year at least for certain late afternoons, evenings, and/or Saturdays. Summer hours- a little different) I'm a tutor. I would love to have the opportunity to help your child with reading, writing, or handwriting.

I have a bachelor's in Psychology and Health Science & master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida. I have worked as an occupational therapist for over 10 years- first in an outpatient pediatric clinic & more recently in schools. This has given me the privilege of working with a variety of backgrounds, ages & special needs including ADHD, autism, cerebral palsy, and developmental delays, among others. I have had the opportunity to work with students in both general education and self-contained settings (including the communication and social skills, physical impairment, behavioral, and supported level academic self-contained settings). This has allowed me to see kids in various educational environments, collaborate on accommodations, & help develop IEPs.
