"As an engineering student, I took six years of undergraduate and graduate-level college math. Regarding content, my coursework covered the spectrum, covering trig, probability, calculus, linear algebra, and advanced engineering math. As an engineer for over 41 years, I programmed and tested highly complex mathematical algorithms.

I also had the opportunity to teach soldiers and other engineers, and I did get positive feedback from my students. Now that I am retired, I would like to expand my teaching experience by tutoring students.

When teaching, I try to break down the subject in a way that makes it easier for the student to understand, in a step-by-step manner, concentrating on the basics.

The area of electrical engineering that I have the most experience in deals with the communications between radios and computers. I understand how data is generated at one end, is transmitted via radio and networks, and then is received at the destination. This is a complex subject, and I can break it down for students.
