"Hello! I'm a junior at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where I am studying to complete my BS in Mathematics. I have been a tutor for a number of years now, working with students in classes like Linear Algebra, Multivariable Calculus, Calculus I and II, and many more.

I am a firm believer that mathematics is as much a creative pursuit as any, and that all too often students struggle because they are unable to receive the particular instruction they need. I know this all too well. In high school I struggled with mathematics, and even developed contempt for the subject.

What turned it all around was one special teacher who put in the effort and took the time to show me that I could be good at math. What was even more surprising was that I could enjoy it. This is who I'd like to be for someone else.

In my capacity as a teaching assistant, I work with students in groups and individually to ensure that they develop a solid foundation upon which they can learn and grow.
