"I have tutoring experience in history, english, and IT. I formally work in a full-time position currently that involves IT training. My undergraduate degree was in history, with a minor in world religions. I am passionate about writing, IT accessibility, and research.

I take the time to understand students' perspectives and to help them learn to become better writers by building fundamental skills. Then they can learn to trust their instincts once those skills are there for them.

I am certified in MS Office and am comfortable tutoring in all MS Office programs. I am extremely patient with learners and can show them multiple ways of doing things with different programs.

I have an absolute passion for history and world religions. My degrees are in these disciplines and to this day they continue to fascinate me. I try my best to show students how these topics relate to their interests, as many struggles with these subjects because they find them boring. Once you have a connection or a spark of passion for the study, then it is much easier to learn how to study and be successful in these fields.
