"Hi, I'm Parsia! I graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas. During my time at UTD, I discovered my passion for teaching by tutoring fellow students and helping at the Student Success Center. I have a knack for simplifying complex concepts, making them accessible to those with less experience. Tutoring has always been valuable to me because the teachers who simplified tough concepts for me helped me excel and even develop an interest in subjects I might not have enjoyed otherwise.

Most of my experience involves working with college students in college-level classes, usually in one-on-one settings, but I am eager to tutor high school students as well. I believe I can provide them with the necessary tools to help them succeed in achieving their educational goals. My extensive experience as a tutor at Wyzant has taught me that most students' challenges are mainly due to not having a good understanding of the basics and/or their professors' inability to simplify difficult concepts. I have gained the experience to develop tailored plans that address each student's needs.
