"Hey there, I'm Rich! I am a 4th year MD/MBA student at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson & NYU Stern. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Rhode Island with a 4.0 GPA. I tutored for 3 years and 500+ hours in General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry at my school's Academic Enhancement Center.

I really enjoyed learning the material and helping break down complicated topics into bite-sized, easy to understand analogies (which is how I learned!). This is a skillset that I have built upon as a physician-in-training as I am constantly breaking down complex disease processes for my patients. I truly believe anyone can learn and digest anything, as long as it is approached from the right angle! That is why I am here to focus on YOUR needs and help you achieve success in anyway that looks like for you! My sessions are student-focused and centered around attacking your goals. I am available to teach biology and biochemistry topics for MCAT (received 95th percentile B/B score) as well as various Step 1/Step 2 topics. I have my 500+ hours of working one-on-one with students to lean on as well as my board scores/MCAT scores. My strongest personal subjects are in physiology, pathophysiology (cardiac, endocrine, pulm, GI) - but I will brush up on anything we need for our sessions.
