"I have 18 years experience in the UX field. For the past 5 years I have exclusively been a UX instructor, developing and teaching lessons to adult learners; although I have tutored, mentored, and taught short lessons to peers and junior designers throughout my career as a practitioner.

I'm a question asker, problem solver, and storyteller, and I'm passionate about developing and empowering others.

I'm passionate about storytelling and have been a member of the Toastmasters International public speaking organization for over 10 years. I have won several speaking awards at the Club, Area, and Division levels.

I received my Bachelors in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, and a Masters in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon. I have spent the past 18 years executing on responsibilities of UX research, testing, information architecture, interaction design, and UI/visual design. I am skilled in countless exploratory and evaluative methods, as well as wireframing, prototyping, accessibility testing, facilitation, etc.
