"At the core of my lesson plans is working on ways to bring out the best in my students. All children, young, and old adults are endowed with abilities that either they never tapped into or past educators failed to recognize. Every student must have a goal in their mind and it is up to me to help them through guidance, explanation, and arranging their schedule to optimize the use of their time. So, for instance, a student who is preparing for the USMLE Step 1 most likely requires, among many things, qbank help, diagnostic test analysis, question structure, as well as strong clues and ideas that distill the information into a palatable blend which the mind can easily consume and digest. On the other hand, an AP English student writing an essay might require thesis reformation, idea restructuring, grammatical corrections, etc. Regardless, all of these disciplines require fundamental skills, time allocation, and guidance that I have and will always provide.
