"Hi, I’m Radha, a fourth-year medical student. I graduated from TIPS Global Institute with a B.Sc. in Human Biology and Pre-Med, achieving A+ grades and receiving Academic Excellence awards throughout my undergraduate studies. After completing my degree, I worked as a Teaching Assistant in my high school, leading both one-on-one and group classes in Cambridge International AS and A Level Biology, Biochemistry, and Chemistry.
I began my Doctor of Medicine at Xavier University School of Medicine in 2019. I passed both my USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 exams with top scores and have completed all my clinical rotations along with the corresponding shelf exams. I’ve consistently received honors throughout my medical training and scored in the 90th percentile on NBME board exams.
As part of the Academic Enhancement Program at my medical school, I gained valuable experience in tutoring peers and junior students. Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and I continued to provide tutoring sessions during my first and second years of med school. I find great purpose in helping my fellow students, believing that peer tutoring often has a more significant impact than traditional lectures.
Having recently taken Step 1 and Step 2 exams, I understand the new question formats and can assist with concepts, doubts, NBME form reviews, CBSE exams, and UWorld question banks. I’m eager to share my exam experiences and offer study tips, time management advice, and academic support.
My teaching style emphasizes simplicity and clarity. I believe in breaking down complex material into manageable topics, making it accessible for everyone. When others find medical school daunting with its extensive reading, I focus on structuring the content in a way that even a layperson can understand. I use this same strategy when tutoring, ensuring I address students’ concerns and build concepts from the ground up.
I look forward to working with you!" less...
