I am greatly honored to tell you my background and experiences as a private tutor. Since the year 2013, I have tutored more than 100 students in the scientific fields, including Chemistry, Physics, Neuroscience, Algebra, and SAT Math. I graduated Pusan National University with all A's in the subjects of Chemistry, and earned a BS degree, and furthermore I graduated University of Washington with Ph.D. with GPA of 3.5. So far my satisfaction average in tutoring is 4.3 stars out of 5 stars. To be qualified for and excel in teaching I keep updating my knowledge in Science including AI. Especially for Chemistry, my specialization field include acids and bases, quantum chemistry, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, and biochemistry. Of many tutoring methods, I use a teaching with "practical examples", in which I provide students many practical examples for each subject in my class. This methodology works very good for my career in tutoring. As an example, if students want to know about the toxicity of chemical elements, I wrote elements like As, and Hg, and then I introduce chlorinated compounds such as AsCl4 and HgCl2, and furthermore I draw the stable structure of each compound. For subject of Math, I provide many practical examples for easy understanding. Finally, as a UW graduate, I exceeded in the math and Chemistry during my schooling.
