"I have been in education for over 30 years continue to be involved through my consulting practice. I have taught in high school during my career and despite my emphasis in higher education, I remain passionate about working with young people. I know the importance of both secondary school preparation as a bridge to being successful in higher education. I think I bring a unique perspective having worked in both settings and knowing the importance of student success.

I have taught in high school and college where papers were an important requirement. My English background has always been an important part of my educating students about the importance of writing effectively. I always proofread and point out ways to be a more effective writer when I am teaching and grading assignments.
