"I am a native of Alabama and have been teaching in the public school system for more than 13 years. I come from a long line of educators and take my job very seriously. I obtained both my bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of West Alabama. I began teaching at the age of 22.

I am a single parent of a six-year-old daughter. I am very passionate about using the English language properly. I believe that teaching is a calling and that this job cannot be completed by anyone. Teachers must be loving and passionate in order to convey knowledge to young minds.
