Thank you for looking to potentially have me help you reach your learning goals. Here is a little bit of my background for you to look over.

I have over 25 years' experience in special visual effects.  After graduating with a degree in animation and visual arts, I started a creature effects studio, where I designed  characters, creatures, bodysuits, animatronics, stop motion puppets and various TV shows and feature films.  In the late 1990s I turned my attention to visual effects and and since then have been part of projects such as "Unit Zero", "Shadowhunters", "MacGyver", "Point Break", "Dallas," "Longmire," "Zookeeper," "Grownups," "Bucky Larsen: Born to be a Star," "From Prada to Nada," "Area 51," "Mirrors," "Paul Blart: Mall Cop," "The Grudge 3," "Bedtime Stories," "Punisher: War Zone," "Basement Jack," "X-Men: the Last Stand," "Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles," "Knight Rider," "CSI Miami," "CIS: NY," "NCIS: Los Angeles," "The Good Wife," "The Big C," "Prison Break," "3lbs," "Vanished" and countless others. 

I supervised and ran visual effects departments for several companies before starting my own studio, co-founding another, based in Calabasas, California.  I am a kid at heart when it comes to cool visual effects and whether you are simply struggling with opening Photoshop, retouching photos, learning how to edit video or are the new George Lucas starting out on your first student film, I can help you.  Rather than telling you how to do something, I will give you the tools to learn how to achieve your goals and prepare you to keep learning the tools of the trade. 

I have a Bachelors of Science in Animation. When I was starting out, a few people took the time to teach me, but they were hard to find. I therefore started my tutoring business with that in mind, cognizant that help with these projects is hard to find.
