"Hi! I graduated May of 2023 with my BS in Chemical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. I graduated with a 3.95 GPA and I scored a 520 on the MCAT, so my passions mainly lie in STEM. In high school I scored a 1560 on the SAT and I scored a 5 on AP Physics and AP Chemistry. I've been a tutor for AP STEM courses and the National Chemistry Olympiad in high school and I also tutored premed science classes WashU as an employed tutor for three years. I've learned to adapt my teaching so that the student can absorb the knowledge as easily as possible. I am also organized and thorough in my note taking so students can use and reference the notes after class.
I am currently applying to medical school- I got interviews at University of Pennsylvania Perelman SOM, Mayo Clinic Alix SOM, Icahn SOM at Mt. Sinai, and Renaissance Stony Brook SOM and I am waiting to hear back from other schools. I hope to matriculate fall of 2024! I am pretty flexible in teaching many different subjects and my availability lies on the evening during the weekdays and all day during the weekends.
