"I had a twenty year career in the US Navy. A large part of that was spent teaching others how to do various jobs. Upon retirement I tutored high school children with great success. I acquired a BS in history and a Master's in Adult Education. I specialize in helping others to find new avenues of learning that adapt their personal learning style with other ones to enhance their learning experience and promote effective self-learning.

I use a one on one approach in tutoring. Each person has their own strong points and learning style. By recognizing these characteristics I can tune the lessons toward the individuals strengths while guiding them to alternate learning methods.
