"I am a highly experienced and dedicated tutor with 14 years of teaching experience, specializing in supporting students with diverse needs including dyslexia and other learning disabilities. I am a Level 1 certified Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner. The Wilson Reading System is a program based on phonological-coding research and Orton-Gillingham principles. All Wilson lessons are multi-sensory interventions that are designed for students that have not made progress with other teaching strategies. I am also licensed to teach special needs students PreK-12th grade in both Florida and Massachusetts, as well as licensed to teach all subjects for elementary grades in both states. This further strengthens my ability to know what skills are needed to thrive in the general education classroom.
