"I have over 35 years of experience in chemical analysis, medical services, and technical support in military, civilian and contracting environments. I am experienced in FAA, GFAA, UV-Vis, ICP, XRF, IC/HPLC, GC and wet chemistry analytical methods, and have trained culturally diverse groups of personnel in both industrial and military settings.

I have delivered technical support to sales agents and customers, both from sales and teaching standpoints. I have prepared training-specific documents for sales staff and customer users; developed hazardous materials and chemical hygiene plans for main office and staff; and performed general and specialized chemistry and specific bacteriological tests for industrial waste water.

I generally like to teach to the problem, coaching the student through the specific problem, stressing fundamentals and recalling previous rules for use in addressing the particular issues.
