Reading, writing, and clear/concise communication will always be critical in all of our lives. As an former English teacher and editor, I can (and will) help you improve your mastery and understanding of language.

Also, my many years of travel as a professional singer/pianist/comedian has expanded my own base of knowledge, and my understanding of our world. I WILL impart a love of learning to any and all of my students.

I have a degree in English and Writing from the College of William and Mary. I worked as an editor for the U.S. Government... I write, blog, and write some more... every single day. Language, words, comprehension, and communication is of paramount importance to me.

I've played the piano for 45 years, and I've been on stage over 37,000 hours, from stadiums to cruise ships, to concerts and clubs. I'm only interested in people who already play some, and want to become professional. 3 of my last 5 students make a living playing music.

I also have an extensive extensive -did I mention: 'extensive'?- knowledge of music theory/composition.

I still write every day; I still earn money playing the piano/singing/etc.
