My academic achievements include receiving full academic scholarships to both Yale and UCLA, where I majored in Business and Economics/Political Science. However, school wasn’t always easy for me. I struggled without receiving the proper assistance. Eventually, I painstakingly taught myself. I hope to spare current students of that anguish. Having personally experienced the challenges of mastering math, I approach tutoring with empathy and patience, understanding the frustrations that students may face.

Since 2005, I've had the privilege of guiding students through various subjects, from K-6 math to advanced algebra and standardized test prep for GMAT, GRE, and SAT math. I’ve tutored 1-on-1 as well as in small class settings. My caring and supportive demeanor fosters a comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and explore new ideas. Beyond math, I also offer tutoring in subjects like U.S. history, political science, and social studies.

After receiving multiple full academic scholarship offers to many of the best universities in the country, I've been offering assistance with K-12 private school, undergraduate, and graduate school applications for the last few years. I work with my clients to present their absolute best to the admissions committee. Where necessary, I also guide clients in strategically improving their resumes.
