"Hi! I'm eager to help you reach your educational goals. I'm a former USAF pilot and engineer, with 25 years of service. I have a BS in Aerospace Engineering and a Master's in Economics. I've also taught on-level and advanced placement physics (AP Phys 1, AP Phys 2, AP Phys C Mechanics, and AP Phys C Electricity and Magnetism) at local San Antonio high schools for ten years. I hold a Texas Standard Teaching Certificate with endorsements in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science for grades 8-12, and Generalist for grades 4-8.

While in the Air Force, I volunteered on an educational outreach team that brought science and technology demonstrations and hands-on lessons into elementary and middle school classrooms. I enjoy science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) teaching and learning, and seek to provide students with real-world, interdisciplinary learning experiences. We are all individuals, and learn in different ways and at different rates.

I provide tutoring, home bound, and home school support that supplements classroom, online, or independent learning by working with students to tailor individual learning approaches that allow each student to achieve at their highest potential.
